Welcome to the new Digital Ink Webdesign WW2 game: Maple Leaf Up, The Sherman Run! This game is all about the liberation of the northern part of The Netherlands by Canadian and Polish troops: Operation Plunder. After the debacle at Arnhem, the Allied forces were forced to rebuild their strength and wait for a new opportunity to cross the river Rine. On March 23 1945 the Allied forces began the assault across the Rhine. The 2nd Canadian Corps would clear the northeastern Netherlands and the German coast, and the 1st Canadian Corps would deal with the Germans remaining in the western Netherlands north of the Maas. This game is about the assault of the 2nd Canadian Corps.
